# 32.40-65 Crew accommodations on tankships constructed before June 15, 1987—T/ALL.All tankships of 100 gross tons and over constructed before June 15, 1987, may retain previously accepted or approved installations and arrangements so long as they are maintained in good condition to the satisfaction of the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection.
