# 32.80-1 General requirements—B/ALL.All tank barges with hulls constructed of materials other than iron or steel, the construction or conversion of which was started prior to September 2, 1945, and to which certificates of inspection were issued prior to March 2, 1946, shall be considered the same as tank barges constructed prior to November 10, 1936.
