# 652.243-70 652.243-70   Notices.

As prescribed in 643.104-70, insert the following clause:

****Notices (AUG 1999)

Any notice or request relating to this contract given by either party to the other shall be in writing. Said notice or request shall be mailed or delivered by hand to the other party at the address provided in the schedule of the contract. All modifications to the contract must be made in writing by the contracting officer.
