# 219.623 Records.(a) As provided by § 219.901, each railroad is required to maintain records related to random testing for a minimum of two years.(b) Contractors and service agents performing random testing responsibilities under this subpart must provide records required by this subpart whenever requested by the contracting railroad or by FRA. A railroad remains responsible for maintaining records demonstrating that it is in compliance with the requirements of this subpart.
