# 1110.9 Petition for waiver.

Any person may petition the Board for a permanent or temporary waiver of any rule. Petitions should be filed with the Chief of Case Administration, Office of Chief Counsel, Surface Transportation Board, Washington, DC 20423-0001, and should identify the rule involved.
