**SUMMARY:**
The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) published a document in the *Federal Register* of June 8, 2000, (65 FR 36411), concerning solicitation of competitive applications from organizations seeking to establish a Minority Business Capital Access Policy Institute (MBCAPI). This document extends the closing date of the award to no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 24, 2000.
**DATES:**
The closing date for receipt of applications has been extended until July 24, 2000.
