# Revision to the Federal Underground Injection Control (UIC) Requirements for Class I-Municipal Wells in Florida

**SUMMARY:**
EPA is extending the comment period for the proposed rule Revision to the Federal Underground Injection Control (UIC) Requirements for Class I-Municipal Wells in Florida which was published in the *Federal Register* on July 7, 2000 at 65 FR 42234. The extension of the comment period is for 45 days to provide interested parties additional time to submit written comments on the proposal.
