*Closed Session:* October 16, 2000, 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.; October 17, 2000, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.; and October 18, 2000, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. To review and evaluate Integrative Plant Biology proposals as part of the selection process for wards.
*Reason for Closing:* The proposals being reviewed include information of a proprietary of confidential nature, including technical information; financial data, such as salaries; and personal information concerning individuals associated with the proposals. These mattes are exempt under 5 U.S.C. 552b(c), (4) and (6) of the Government in the Sunshine Act.
