#  Appointment of Individuals To Serve as Members of the Performance Review Board (PRB); Senior Executive Service

**SUMMARY:**

Pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 4314(c)(4), this notice announces the appointment of members of the Performance Review Board for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) for the rating period beginning October 1, 1999, and ending September 30, 2000. This notice effects changes in the membership of the ATF PRB previously appointed November 12, 1999 (64 FR 61688).

The names and titles of the ATF PRB members are as follows:

John J. Manfreda, Chief Counsel, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Department of the Treasury

John Dooher, Director, Washington Office, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Department of the Treasury

H. Douglas Cunningham, Deputy Assistant Director, Office of  Administration, U.S. Secret Service, Department of the Treasury
