**SUMMARY:**
This document allots Channel 294A to Hewitt, Texas, in response to a petition filed by Bordeaux Radio Broadcasting. *See* 66 FR 10266, February 14, 2001. The coordinates for Channel 294A at Hewitt are 31-24-52 NL and 97-11-23 WL. There is a site restriction 5.3 kilometers (3.3 miles) south of the community. A filing window for Channel 294A at Hewitt will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
