#  West Virginia; Amendment No. 6 to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration

**AGENCY:**

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

**ACTION:**

Notice.

**SUMMARY:**

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the State of West Virginia (FEMA-1378-DR), dated June 3, 2001, and related determinations.

**EFFECTIVE DATE:**

July 10, 2001.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

Notice is hereby given of the reopening of the incident period for this disaster. The incident period for this declared disaster is now May 15, 2001, and continuing.
