# New York; Amendment No. 2 to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration

**SUMMARY:**
This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of New York, (FEMA-1391-DR), dated September 11, 2001, and related determinations.

September 27, 2001.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**
The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of New York is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of September 11, 2001:
Delaware, Dutchess, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester Counties for Individual Assistance.
