**SUMMARY:**
The Commission, at the request of LeSEA Broadcasting Corporation, licensee of station WHNO(TV), NTSC channel 20, New Orleans, Louisiana, substitutes DTV channel 21c for DTV channel 14 at New Orleans. *See* 66 FR 40958, August 6, 2001. DTV channel 21c can be allotted to New Orleans, Louisiana, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates (29-55-11 N. and 90-01-29 W.) with a power of 300, HAAT of 254 meters and with a DTV service population of 1532 thousand.
With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
