**ACTION:**

Notice of cancellation of open hearings.

**SUMMARY:**

The following public hearings have been canceled:

• Bankruptcy Rules in Washington, DC on January 4, 2002; and

• Criminal Rules in Atlanta, Georgia on January 7, 2002.
