This document dismisses a petition for rule making filed by Tichenor License Corporation requesting the substitution of Channel 287C3 for Channel 287A at Crystal Beach, Texas and reallotment of Channel 287C3 to Stowell, Texas. *See* 66 FR 48108, September 18, 2001. Tichenor License Corporation withdrew its interest in the allotment of Channel 287C3 at Stowell, Texas.
