**SUMMARY:**

In accordance with 37 CFR 404.6 and 404.7, announcement is made of the availability for licensing of U.S. Patent Application No. 09/436,226 entitled “Chemical Information Systems,” filed November 9, 1999. The United States Government, as represented by the Secretary of the Army has rights in this invention.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

A chemical information system having a graphical user interface that allows manipulation of multiple databases having related material and information. The system includes a server and multiple workstations communicating with the server. The databases reside on the server, which may include multiple servers.
