**SUMMARY:**

In accordance with section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Public Law 92-463), announcement is made of the following Committee meeting:

**DATES:**

August 7, 2002 from 0830 a.m. to 1715 p.m., and August 8, 2002 from 0830 a.m. to 1205 p.m.

This meeting is open to the public. Any interested person may attend, appear before, or file statements with the Scientific Advisory Board at the time and in the manner permitted by the Board.
