App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Area 1 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2003 from 1 pm EST to 3 pm EST via a telephone conference call. The public is invited to make oral comments. Individual comments will be limited to 5 minutes.
