#  USG Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

Take notice that on November 26, 2002, USG Pipeline Company (USGPC) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, Second Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 51 and Second Substitute Original Sheet No. 51A, to be effective October 1, 2002.

USGPC states that the filing is being made pursuant to the Commission's November 21, 2002, letter order in the above-captioned proceeding the following tariff sheets, proposed to become effective as of October 1, 2002, revised in compliance with the November 21 letter order and Order Nos. 637, 587-G, and 587-L.

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
