Take notice that on December 31, 2002, CenterPoint Energy Gas Transmission Company (CEGT) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to be effective January 1, 2003:

CEGT states that the purpose of this filing is to reflect the implementation of a new negotiated rate transaction.
