#  Meeting of the Board of Advisors (BOA) to the President, U.S. Naval War College (NWC)

**AGENCY:**

Department of the Navy, DoD.

**ACTION:**

Notice of open meeting.

**SUMMARY:**

The BOA to the President, U.S. NWC, will meet to discuss educational, doctrinal, and research policies and programs at the NWC. The meetings will be open to the public.

**DATES:**

The meetings will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2003, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Friday, March 21, 2003, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The meetings will be held in Conolly Hall, U.S. NWC, 686 Cushing Road, Newport, RI.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

This notice of meeting is provided per the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App. 2). The purpose of the Board of Advisors meeting is to elicit advice on educational, doctrinal, and research policies and programs. The agenda will consist of presentations and discussions on the curriculum, programs and plans of the College since the last meeting of the BOA on 15 and 16 August 2000.
