An open meeting of the Joint Committee of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be conducted via teleconference.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Joint Committee of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel (TAP) will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2003, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. e.s.t. via a telephone conference call.
