#  Vector Pipeline L.P.; Notice of Annual Fuel Use Report

Take notice that on March 28, 2003, Vector Pipeline L.P. tendered for filing an annual report of its monthly fuel use ratios for the period January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002. Vector states that this filing is made pursuant to Section 11.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Vector Gas Tariff and Section 154.502 of the Commission's regulations.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with sections 385.314 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions and protests must be filed on or before the comment date. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene.
