*Description:* Head Start Performance Standards require Head Start and Early Head Start programs and Delegate Agencies to maintain program records. The Administration for Children and Families is proposing to renew the authority to require certain recordkeeping in all programs as provided for in 45 CFR 1304 Head Start Performance Standards. These Standards prescribe the services that Head Start and Early Head Start programs provide to enrolled children and their families.
