#  Enbridge Pipelines (AlaTenn) LLC; Notice of Compliance Filing

Take notice that on August 6, 2003, Enbridge Pipelines (AlaTenn) LLC (AlaTenn) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, with an effective date of August 1, 2003:

First Revised Sheet No. 28A

Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 113

Second Revised Sheet No. 118

AlaTenn states that the purpose of the filing is to comply with the Commission's Order issued on July 23, 2003, in the above referenced docket.

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with section 385.211 of the Commission's rules and regulations. All such protests must be filed on or before the protest date as shown below. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
