#  Black Marlin Pipeline Company; Notice of Amended Cash-Out Report

Take notice that on July 1, 2004, Black Marlin Pipeline Company (Black Marlin) tendered for filing an amended annual cashout report for the calendar year that ended December 31, 2003.

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
