**AGENCY:**

Office of Inspector General, HHS.

**ACTION:**

Notice of program exclusions; correction.

**SUMMARY:**

The HHS Office of Inspector General Published a document in the *Federal Register* of September 15, 2003, imposed exclusions. The document contained an incorrect exclusion type.
