#  Wisconsin; Amendment No. 3 to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration

**AGENCY:**

Federal Emergency Management Agency, Emergency Preparedness and Response Directorate, Department of Homeland Security.

**ACTION:**

Notice.

**SUMMARY:**

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the State of Wisconsin (FEMA-1526-DR), dated June 18, 2004, and related determinations.

**DATES:**

Effective October 8, 2004.

Notice is hereby given that the incident period for this disaster is now May 7, 2004, through and including July 3, 2004.
