**SUMMARY:**
In response to a *Notice of Proposed Rule Making,* 69 FR 16512 (March 30, 2004), this *Report and Order* allots Channel 276A to Dexter, Georgia, as its first local aural transmission service. The coordinates for Channel 276A at Dexter, Georgia, are 32-25-59 NL and 83-01-33 WL, with a site restriction of 3.3 kilometers (2.1 miles) east of Dexter.
