*Effective Date:* 07/11/2005.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/08/2005.
EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/10/2006.

Alabama: Conecuh, Covington; Florida: Okaloosa, Santa Rosa.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
