*Description:* This form will be used to collect applicant race and national origin information electronically. The data will be used to help Treasury Bureaus identify barriers to selection and determine the demographics of the overall applicant pool.

*Estimated Number of Respondents:* 160,000.

*Estimated Total Reporting Burden:* 8,000 hours.
