This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of North Dakota (FEMA-1621-DR), dated 01/04/2006.
*Incident:* Severe Winter Storm.
*Incident Period:* 11/27/2005 through 11/30/2005.
*Effective Date:* 01/04/2006.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 03/06/2006.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:

Cass, Ransom, Richland, Sargent.
