This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of South Carolina ( FEMA-1625-DR), dated 01/20/2006.
*Incident:* Severe Ice Storm.
*Incident Period:* 12/15/2005 through 12/16/2005.
*Effective Date:* 01/20/2006.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 03/21/2006.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:

Anderson, Cherokee, Greenville, Laurens, Oconee, Pickens Spartanburg.
