**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Administrative declaration of a major disaster for the State of Connecticut, dated 12/21/2005.

*Incident:* Severe Flooding.

*Incident Period:* 10/14/2005 through 10/15/2005.

*Effective Date:* 02/13/2006.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 03/23/2006.

*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 09/21/2006.
