**SUMMARY:**

This is Supplemental No. 12 to the Treasury Department Circular 570, 2005 Revision, published July 1, 2005 at 70 FR 38502.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The underwriting limitation for National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA, which was listed in the Treasury Department Circular 570,  published on July 1, 2005, is hereby amended to read $566,591,000.

Federal bond-approving officers should annotate their reference copies of the Treasury Circular 570, 2005 Revision, at 70 FR 38530 to reflect this change, effective today.
