#  Xcel Energy Services, Inc.; Notice of Technical Conference

Take notice that the Commission will convene a technical conference on Monday, June 12, 2006, at 10 a.m. (EST), in a room to be designated at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington DC 20426.

The technical conference will explore the issues raised by Xcel Energy Services, Inc.'s proposed Services H and I, as discussed in the Commission's order issued on May 5, 2006. [^1] Those issues include why the transfer price proposed in Service Schedule H is different from the transfer price proposed in Service Schedule I, and why Xcel needs both service schedules.
