This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of South Dakota (FEMA-1647-DR), dated June 5, 2006.
*Incident:* Severe Winter Storm.
*Incident Period:* April 18, 2006 through April 20, 2006.
*Effective Date:* June 5, 2006.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* August 4, 2006.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:
