#  Pinnacle West Capital Corporation, Arizona Public Service Company, Pinnacle West Energy Corporation, APS Energy Services Company, Inc.; Notice of Technical Conference

As announced in an order issued on June 2, 2006, the Commission staff will hold a technical conference to address mitigation issues in these proceedings. [^1] This technical conference will be held on July 10, 2006, in the Commission Meeting room at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC, from approximately 8:30 a.m. until approximately 5 p.m. (e.s.t.).
