This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Ohio (FEMA-1651-DR), dated 7/2/2006.
*Incident:* Severe Storms and Flooding.
*Incident Period:* 6/21/2006 through 6/23/2006.
*Effective Date:* 7/2/2006.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 8/31/2006.
*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 4/2/2007.

Ohio: Ashland, Carroll, Columbiana, Crawford, Fulton, Geauga, Henry, Holmes, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Ottawa, Portage, Richland, Seneca, Summit, Tuscarawas, Wayne, and Wood.
Michigan: Lenawee, Monroe.
