*Incident:* Severe Storms, Flooding, and Mudslides.
*Incident Period:* 06/23/2006 and continuing.
*Effective Date:* 07/04/2006.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 09/05/2006.
*Economic Injury (EIDL) LOAN Application Deadline Date:* 04/04/2007.
