*Incident:* Severe Storms and Flooding.
*Incident Period:* 6/22/2006 through 6/28/2006.
*Effective Date:* 7/13/2006.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 9/11/2006.
*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 4/13/2007.
