In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463, as amended), the National Science Foundation announces the following meeting:

*Name:* Advisory Committee for Geosciences (1755).

*Dates:* October 4-6, 2006.

*Time:* 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, October 4 and 5, 2006. 9 a.m.-12 noon. Friday, October 6, 2006.
