#  New York; Amendment No. 2 to Notice of an Emergency Declaration

**ACTION:**

Notice.

**SUMMARY:**

This notice amends the notice of an emergency declaration for the State of New York (FEMA-3268-EM), dated October 15, 2006, and related determinations.

**DATES:**

*Effective Date:* October 25, 2006.

Notice is hereby given that the incident period for this emergency is closed effective October 25, 2006.
