*Incident:* Severe Storms and Flooding, Inc. Severe Storms and Flooding due to TS Ernesto.
*Incident Period:* 8/29/2006 through 9/7/2006.
**DATES:**
*Effective Date:* 10/18/2006.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/21/2006.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**
The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the Commonwealth of Virginia, dated 9/22/2006, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.
*Primary Counties:* Greensville, King and Queen, Lunenburg.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
