Notice.

**SUMMARY:**

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the State of New York (FEMA-1665-DR), dated October 24, 2006, and related determinations.

**EFFECTIVE DATE:**

October 25, 2006.

Notice is hereby given that the incident period for this disaster is closed effective October 25, 2006.
