*Incident:* Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.
*Incident Period:* 10/08/2006 through 10/13/2006.
*Effective Date:* 12/08/2006.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 02/06/2007.
