# Florida; Amendment No. 1 to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration

**SUMMARY:**
This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Florida (FEMA-1679-DR), dated February 3, 2007, and related determinations.

February 7, 2007.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**
The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Florida is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of February 3, 2007:
Lake, Sumter, and Volusia Counties for Public Assistance Categories C-G (already designated for Individual Assistance and Public Assistance Categories A and B [debris removal and emergency protective measures], including direct Federal assistance.)
