Amendment 1.

**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Oregon (FEMA-1683-DR), dated 02/22/2007.

*Incident:* Severe Winter Storm and Flooding.

*Incident Period:* 12/14/2006 through 12/15/2006.

*Effective Date:* 03/16/2007.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 04/23/2007.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
