*Incident:* Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.
*Incident Period:* 05/04/2007 and continuing.
**DATES:**
*Effective Date:* 05/11/2007.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/05/2007.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 02/06/2008.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**
The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the State of Kansas, dated 05/06/2007 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:
*Primary Counties:* Edwards, Pratt, Stafford.
*Contiguous Counties:* Kansas: Barton, Hodgeman, Kingman, Pawnee, Reno, Rice.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
