**ACTION:**

Amendment 5.

**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Kansas (FEMA-1699-DR), dated 05/06/2007.

*Incident:* Severe storms, tornadoes, and flooding.

*Incident Period:* 05/04/2007 through 05/18/2007.

*Effective Date:* 06/01/2007.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/05/2007.

*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 02/06/2008.

*Contiguous Counties:*

Kansas: Marshall.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
